DoubleTree by Hilton Goa Panaji has welcomed Surjeet Singh Rawat into its team as the Food and Beverage Manager. In this vital role, Surjeet will oversee the hotel’s food and beverage department, aiming to uphold the highest quality standards and enhance guest dining experiences. His responsibilities include staff training, ensuring efficient operational workflow, and managing inventory and finances.
Surjeet brings with him eight years of experience in the hospitality industry, having worked with numerous reputable brands across India. Known for his meticulous and energetic approach, Surjeet’s most recent position was with Hilton & Hilton Garden Inn Bengaluru Embassy Manyata Business Park, where he quickly advanced from Assistant F&B Manager to F&B Manager through an internal promotion.
His journey with Hilton spans approximately two years, beginning as a Restaurant Manager and quickly proving himself as a key team member with outstanding management skills. Before joining Hilton, Surjeet contributed to IHCL and Marriott Hotels and is a proud graduate of IHM Kufri, Shimla.

Surjeet is a passionate fan of Real Madrid, showcasing his immense affection for football. He even boasts a collection of Real Madrid jerseys that outnumbers his business suits. His move to Goa is viewed as a chance to further fuel his love for the sport.
