Four Seasons Hotel Dalian

Saai Yue Heen at Four Seasons Hotel Dalian has made a stunning debut with breathtaking views and top-notch cuisine. The Cantonese restaurant, located on the Hotel’s 39th floor and accessible by elevator, offers a high-flying culinary journey amid the waves.

Guests are greeted with a luxurious touch from the entrance, where crimson tones and symmetrical designs create a refined and spacious ambiance. The acclaimed Japanese design team Strickland skillfully integrated stacked square wooden beams from classical Chinese architecture into the ceiling, amplifying the perception of space. The restaurant is adorned with modern art pieces with traditional undertones, complemented by soft music, echoing China’s rich cultural heritage and adding charm to the dining experience.

Saai Yue Heen, meaning “joy,” offers a delightful Cantonese dining experience. Two-tiered seafood tanks at the entrance showcase treasures from the local sea, including sea urchins, abalones, and Boston lobsters. Each dish, prepared using traditional Cantonese methods, delivers exquisite flavors. The fragrant roast duck, prepared in a jujube wood-fired oven, boasts crispy skin and succulent meat, tantalizing the taste buds.

The restaurant provides an elegant and comfortable dining environment with panoramic sea views, perfect for upscale family gatherings, business dinners, or romantic dates.Guests have the option of selecting between private dining rooms or open tables, with each corner radiating an ambiance of refined luxury, guaranteeing a memorable dining experience.
