JFK Airport $4.2 Billion Update Includes New Virtual Control System from LOGIPIX US

JFK Millennium Partners, the consortium spearheading a $4.2 billion overhaul at JFK International Airport, has opted for LOGIPIX US Corporation to deploy an advanced Virtual Ramp Control System at the forthcoming JFK Terminal 6. This cutting-edge technology is poised to transform airport operations by bolstering security, streamlining processes, and bolstering safety on the tarmac.

LOGIPIX, a renowned global provider of high-resolution intelligent computer vision solutions, stood out from a competitive field due to its advanced capabilities and proven track record in implementing successful projects in bustling commercial airside environments, including LaGuardia Airport.

The Virtual Ramp Control System will harness LOGIPIX’s groundbreaking multi-sensor panoramic video technology and Airside Augmented Reality Solution (LAARS) software. This combination will facilitate monitoring and analysis of ground activities, complete with live object classification and tracking, to support operations at the Terminal 6 gate center. By integrating high-resolution cameras, intelligent AI analytics, and sophisticated control features, the system is set to optimize aircraft management through real-time decision-making support and enhanced situational awareness.
