IHG Hotels & Resorts, a top global hotel company, has recently inked a management deal with IVY Hotels & Resorts to introduce the inaugural Crowne Plaza hotel in Uttarakhand. Opening its doors in April 2028, the Crowne Plaza Dehradun Rajpur Road hotel will bring 110 rooms to IHG’s collection in the state, showcasing the brand’s dedication to expanding its presence in renowned leisure spots nationwide.
Nestled in Dehradun, Uttarakhand’s capital and a prominent leisure retreat, educational center, and rapidly developing economic hub, Crowne Plaza Dehradun Rajpur Road offers a distinctive fusion of upscale hospitality and convenience. Reflecting the essence of the Crowne Plaza brand, the hotel aims to provide exceptional guest experiences grounded in integrated travel, catering seamlessly to both leisure and business travelers. This approach fosters effortless adaptability and harmony between professional obligations and personal pursuits.

Upon opening, the hotel will provide 110 rooms designed with spacious and contemporary layouts. For those wanting relaxation, the hotel will feature a fully equipped fitness center, swimming pool, club lounge, rejuvenating spa, and a retail store.
Currently, IHG® operates 46 hotels under five brands in India, including Six Senses, InterContinental Hotels and Resorts®, Crowne Plaza®, Holiday Inn Resort®, and Holiday Inn Express®. Additionally, they have a robust pipeline of 49 hotels set to open in the next 2-3 years.
