Holland America Group Ends Active Membership with USTOA

As of April 4, 2024, the Holland America Group has withdrawn from being an active member of the USTOA. This change affects its associated brands—Princess Cruise Lines, Holland America Line, and Seabourn Cruise Line—which will no longer be part of the USTOA $1 Million Travelers Assistance Program.

Terry Dale, the President and CEO of USTOA, has informed travel advisors that any bookings made with Princess Cruise Line, Holland America Line, or Seabourn Cruise Line before April 4, 2024, will still be protected under the USTOA’s $1 Million Travelers Assistance Program. However, deposits and payments made after this date will not be covered by this protection.

Dale also expressed gratitude towards Holland America Group for their partnership since 1979 and appreciated the support they have extended to USTOA over the years.
