With over two decades of experience at renowned culinary destinations worldwide, Chef Snow is known for his precision and creativity, promising to bring a new level of talent to Four Seasons Hotel Atlanta.

Chef Snow’s culinary journey started with baking alongside his mother as a child, instilling in him a deep appreciation for detail and quality ingredients that have shaped his career. He has led pastry teams at renowned venues like the Oak Room at the Plaza Hotel in New York, Alain Ducasse at the Essex House, Daniel Boulud’s Café Boulud Palm Beach, Grand Hyatt Kauai, Wynn Las Vegas, and Atlanta’s Joël, where he began his career in 2001. His path showcases a relentless pursuit of culinary excellence, marked by his commitment to honing his skills in the world’s top kitchens.

Recently, Chef Snow was the executive pastry chef for Atlas and The Garden Room, where his innovative leadership contributed to Atlas earning a Michelin star.

Known for his passion for pushing creative boundaries and craftsmanship, Chef Snow is celebrated for creating unforgettable culinary experiences that defy convention.
