Miami International Airport

Just ahead of the bustling spring and summer travel periods, Condor Airlines has inaugurated its latest U.S. gateway. On March 26, Miami International Airport warmly received Condor flight #2044 from Frankfurt (FRA) at 7:15 p.m., followed by the departure of DE flight #2045 to Frankfurt at 9:10 p.m., reaching FRA the following morning at 11:40 a.m. This non-stop service operates thrice weekly (on Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday) using Condor’s advanced Airbus A330neo aircraft adorned with its distinctive striped livery. This flight links Miami seamlessly to Condor’s hub in Frankfurt, offering convenient connections to over 100 destinations across Europe and beyond. Miami now stands alongside Condor’s expanding roster of North American gateways, transitioning from seasonal-only to year-round service.

Miami-Dade County Mayor Daniella Levine Cava, : “We are thrilled that Condor has chosen Miami International Airport for its only service in the state of Florida and its newest route in the U.S. We proudly welcome their three weekly flights from Frankfurt, which provide another appealing travel option between Miami-Dade County and Germany.”

The Airbus A330-900neo is an eco-friendly aircraft that significantly cuts down on fuel usage and CO2 emissions by 20%. It consumes only half a gallon of fuel per passenger per 62 miles flown, making it highly efficient. Notably, it’s the world’s first aircraft to be certified for the upcoming regulatory CO2 emission reduction mandated for 2028. This certification reflects Condor’s commitment to reducing travelers’ environmental impact. The A330neo by Condor can accommodate 310 passengers, including four Prime Seats, 26 Business Class seats, 64 Premium Economy Class seats, and 216 Economy Class seats.

Peter Gerber, CEO of Condor : “It is with great pleasure that we introduce Condor and our new A330neo product into the Sunshine State.  The demand for our new non-stop out of MIA into the heart of Europe has been so strong that we are pleased to extend what was originally to be a seasonal route into a year-round operation.  This provides both European-bound American travelers as well as German vacationers coming to South Florida with an affordable and convenient year-round flight that will also have a positive impact on the local Miami economy.”

Condor’s A330neo Business Class boasts fully lie-flat seats arranged in a 1-2-1 configuration, ensuring direct aisle access for every passenger. These seats seamlessly transform into a comfortable bed measuring 78 inches in length and 19 inches in width. Passengers can enjoy a wide range of entertainment options including the latest movies, TV series, podcasts, and games, all accessible on a 17.3-inch 4K screen equipped with both touchscreen and remote-control functionalities.

The exclusive Prime Seats located in the first row of the Business Class offer additional space, allowing for two guests to dine together if desired, along with an expansive 24-inch entertainment screen. Passengers occupying these “Prime Seats” are treated to exclusive in-flight amenities such as a premium travel kit, inflight pajamas, and a deluxe snack basket.
