airBaltic, the national airline of Latvia, has revealed the top destinations preferred by its passengers this summer departing from Riga: Ljubljana, Corfu, and Milan. Drawing insights from ticket sales and travel trends, the airline has pinpointed a diverse selection of destinations that are gaining popularity among travelers this season.

From Riga, airBaltic facilitates easy access to Ljubljana with just over a 2-hour flight, scheduled twice weekly throughout the summer. Ljubljana, renowned for its blend of rich history and vibrant contemporary culture, beckons visitors with its charming ambiance and flourishing arts scene, providing a serene retreat for those seeking relaxation and cultural immersion.

For travelers yearning for Mediterranean sunshine, airBaltic offers two weekly flights from Riga to Corfu, the picturesque Greek island renowned for its stunning beaches, crystal-clear waters, and captivating historic sites. Whether indulging in beachside leisure or exploring ancient landmarks, Corfu promises an idyllic summer escape.

Milan emerges as a cultural and fashion hub, attracting airBaltic passengers from Riga with its dynamic fusion of modernity and tradition. With a flight duration of nearly 3 hours, scheduled five times a week this summer, travelers can immerse themselves in Milan’s iconic landmarks, cutting-edge galleries, and upscale shopping districts, experiencing the city’s vibrant allure.

In addition to these favored destinations, airBaltic also offers popular routes from Riga to Dubai, Athens, Tirana, and Prague this summer.
